Re: OT, Ubuntu Sound Trouble



Looks like both cards are intact. If the onboard one still passes audio, is still a question. The mixer controls are quite complicated, so I'm having trouble understanding where the audio is routed and or if it is muted.

I'm going to guess from looking at this, that there isn't a problem with the hardware. Take another look at alsamixer for card0.
