How many dvd's do I need?

Hi everyone,

I am moving over from ubuntu to debian.

How many of the dvds would I need to have most of what I would need for 
a desktop installation with orca?
There are 10 dvds I understand I don't need to get all of these.

I need to be able to install and use systems without internet connection.
Server software such as apache, mysql and the like would be nice too.
