Are you sure? src/modules/pico.c in Speech-Dispatcher is LGPL. The code it
links to is in Pico, which is Apache 2.0 licenced. The only "non-free"
component involved are the language database files, for which sources are
available, in fact, but the tools to generate the binaries from the sources
aren't.
