Point release upgrade video

Hi

As the latest point releases have been made, it is a good opportunity 
for me to create a video illustrating the update process.

I am running Debian 11, so am I right in thinking that I just type (as 
sudo or root)

apt update
apt upgrade
or do I need to do full-upgrade too (I don't normally for a point release)

anything else

I can do this in a terminal window, and use vokoscreen to grab the process.

I am asking, as if this is going to be part of teaching resources then 
the illustrated process needs to be correct.

I will upload my video to peertube, but also the source file, probably 
to one of my nextcloud accounts and share,  that way the video editing 
team can work their magic,  unless we really want leaners to be sitting 
waiting for the process to complete on a video,  should be possible to 
speed up parts of the playback within the video or edit in other ways.
