Both of them. I used "hd-media" for trying to install the OS placing the ISO image in a FFS or FAT partition, while I used the "nativehd" one as a quick mean to test if I had networking with my PCMCIA cards and it happens to work, install purely via networking.

I think both of them are useful as, at least in the nowadays Amiga community, there are plenty of Amiga with insanely big hard disk and network interfaces, but not that many with SCSI CDROM drives.
