This is just the (gzipped) kernel.

Judging from debian/changelog, the ckt is because Canonical sponsored
the long-term kernel or something (it wasn’t explained). That version
is just newer.

3.16.7-ckt4-1 wasn’t available until way *after* last weekend,
so this is still 3.16.7-ckt2-1, which is what Adrian probably uses.
