This was not my doing; 3.10-2 is where I did the changes
to the kernel config.

My guess here is that this is no longer pulled in by some
dependency, or something.

Feel free to send a patch to src:linux (they prefer to use
the BTS) setting it to an explicit ‘m’. Or, maybe, talk to
the Debian Linux kernel maintainers.
