Before:

spice:/home/ij# hdparm -tT /dev/mtdblock0

/dev/mtdblock0:
 Timing cached reads: 14 MB in 2.08 seconds = 6.74 MB/sec
 Timing buffered disk reads: 8 MB in 3.30 seconds = 2.43 MB/sec

After:

spice:/home/ij# hdparm -tT /dev/mtdblock0

/dev/mtdblock0:
 Timing cached reads: 14 MB in 2.09 seconds = 6.68 MB/sec
 Timing buffered disk reads: 12 MB in 3.95 seconds = 3.04 MB/sec

A slight increase with ioremap_fullcache() for buffered reads... well, let's see how it works with 2 BigRamPlus cards and when running a buildd... :-)
