Download it on your PC, and put the .hqx on a MacOS-formatted floppy
using hfstools (under Linux). That will unstuff the .hqx so that you
can install StuffIt, and install whatever other hqx-file you want.

If all else fails, I may be able to help you out if you provide me with
a .hqx file by mail.
