I made up a quick draft, don't plan to win a design award. ;)
Have used the logo Penny mentioned, from http://debconf.org/

No worries, actually we could have thought of it as well. Though
thinking A5 flyers are not ideal I still drafted one (quick&dirty). You
can have a look here:


Might be ok for A3 size as well.
