I just got an answer from the DPL and I'll be able to make it too. \0/

Looking at the audio hardware list, I'm not sure this is possible... The
microphones we wanted to buy need the expensive 6k$ Wireless Receiver to
work :(. Maybe Kyle or Andy can chime in and tell us if there is
something we could do?

The other alternative if we don't trust our audio gear would be to rent
some for the mini-conf.

Our DPL is planning to come to the mini-conf and irrc he resides in
Cambridge. Maybe we could ask him if he can mule the mixer for us?
