Re: DC26 Japan bid: Costs

I was told on IRC that the number of debcamp bursaries
was about 80 at DebConf24/Busan.

Japan team recalculation completed (with bursary 80 DebCamp people).

Excluding venue cost, the budget is now 21,740,000 yen (135,875 EUR, 160 JPY/EUR).
(At the moment, venue cost is very expensive and there is no cheap alternative...)

I will ask our procurement staff in Japan team if they can arrange
vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and allergy-friendly catering.
