Hi Andrew,
Just adding my perspective—I completely understand the need to cater to diverse dietary requirements.
Bento might seem limiting at first, but it can actually be quite flexible, with options for most preferences, except perhaps halal, which I doubt is easily available in Japan.
I think it’s an easy way to ensure the correct number of portions while minimizing waste and tailoring each bento to the preferences of the "user."
Best regards,
George Kesaev
Hi,
DebConf has much way more complex food requirements from attendees,
includes Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Gluten Free Vegetarian, Halal
and some specific allergy depends on attendees.
I am strongly against having "bento" every day. Please understanding
more on what attendees needs for food arrangement.
Best regards,
-Andrew
