Too late, I am sorry. Also, it's *way* too complex to ferry 150
people on public transport.

We've structured this so it can happen at short notice.

It would be really useful if someone or somethree would write wiki
pages about each option so that we can make the announcement.

People cannot just walk in? In that case, I would suggest to talk to
them and discuss how to do things. If we need reservations, then
I suggest to reserve e.g. 25 places, also do a wiki signup and maybe
try to extend the reservation if there's more demand.
