The attachment didn't go through. Attachments and lists don't work well together. (It should not have affected me, though, since it was sent to me directly.) What Tammy and I are currently working on is the Sponsor's brochure for DebConf16, and not the report for DebConf15. However, I'll be happy to set up the report in Scribus.
