Ok, thanks for clearing all that up.
One other thing occurred to me: sponsors. If there are signs on the
door turning people away or volunteers directing people, it may be
helpful to ensure nobody from a sponsor is accidentally deterred.
With all the extra guests, there has never been a better year to
sponsor a DebConf either.
