Btw, we should be quoting the prices per night, as I assume people
will not all stay the whole time.
Price/night is 32.90 € incl. meals, plus a 5 € registration
fee/person.
I suggest that we quote the night at 35 €/person and scratch the 5€
registration cost, just for the sake of round numbers and
simplicity. 35 € for a bed and three meals is still very cheap in
Germany.
Yes, this means that people staying for 3 nights or more will pay
a few EUR more than they would if we transparently passed through
prices. Likely, this will not hurt the mostpart.
However, the additional money also means that we can offer free
room&board to one or two more people throughout the week.
