I disagree. DebCamp is DebCamp, and we should restrict it to people
trying to get work done.

DebConf14 had free slots you guys called hacking time. I know plenty
people who did not hack then, and it was not expected, was it?

Noone is suggesting that. If you read our proposal, you will see
that it adopts the idea. I just don't think we should call it
hacking time when people are free to do whatever they want…
including hacking!
