February, at 19:00 UTC, in #debconf-team on irc.debian.org.

Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting. More importantly, though,
if you are interested in where DebConf13 will happen, please take the
time to re-read the bid materials and ask any questions about them on
the debconf-team mailing list as soon as possible, so that they can be
