OTOH we have an extensive overview of Debian and Debconf at the begining
of the brochure which I did not shorten at all. If some information is
really missing I would add it there.

I have all the same packages (and some more) installed but
texlive-science. I'll try if this makes a difference the next time I
have internet access.

I agree that this package is (too) big. But I don't think we should
change the brochure font because of this. It's more a Debian packaging
"bug".
