[Debconf-team] DebConf11 budget

DIVA Staff,

I hear that there are continued concerns about the DebConf budget.

As DebConf budget person, I have been tracking expenses as best I can,
and I still see us as significantly under-budget.  I have sent all of
my budget calculations to the Debconf-team mailing list, for example
here:

In order for the DebConf team to make good decisions, we *need* to
know everything about our budget.


Could you please send me a report as complete as possible, listing
what all expenses you are expecting?


Then, I will make a report to the DebConf team about our budget
status, so that we can agree on what we can afford.
