[Debconf-team] Cheese and Wine party location
It's time to think about the C&W party location.
>From what I've seen up to now, it seems that one of the downstairs
hacklab rooms at Banski Dvor is the most appropriate (accessibility,
size, etc.). I don't know exactly which one...maybe of of those where
we started organizing tables this morning.
I understand there might be concerns from the local Banski Dvor
staff. Of course, we are very reasonable people and we can achieve a
very decent cleaning after the party ends up. We've proven that many
times and particularly last year.
Would it be possible to discuss about all this and eventually have
contacts with the involve "authorities" to get agreement for the
"party" to happen (we should probably avoid the term "party" but more
use something like "cheese and wine of the world tasting event").
I think we should also invite the BD staff to attend. Even the
President of Republica Srpska is welcome, of course, in case he has
nothing else to do next Monday evening...:-)
