This is a correct interpretation, as of now. However,
- food prices will be a little bit less
- For some items, we have overestimated the cost, but many items are
missing (I'm still working on exact schedules and costs for things
like venue cleaning). To be safe I'd say our costs will increase a
bit.
- My entire take on the budget is it is all ± 10k. So, it's hard to
say if we are positive or not, and I think it's more likely we are
more negative than we realize than more positive than we realize.
