Can I help you create the PDF using Inkscape.

Here in Brazil, I have no problems to produce banners using inkscape. Usually the size is limited to "mouth" of the print.
90cm or 120cm .. or more ..

90x300 or 90x500 .. size is "unlimited", the limit is in the "mouth".
120x300 or 120x500

The cost of printing here is about: $30 (dollar) per square meter (1m²). 

I have some logos in vector. We must be all in vector.

Please note we need to banners designed:
1) For the Conference lobby, which will have all bronze and above
sponsors listed
2) Talk rooms, banners will have gold+ sponsors listed
