6) Familiarize yourself with http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/PriorityList which
is the set of criteria the decision meeting is likely to use to compare the
bids. If you feel like filling out your own copy of this to get an idea of
where you stand, feel free, but the decision meeting will come up with its
own evaluation of this from scratch by consensus.
