Why don't we use the next global meeting (Jan. 20th) to present and sort the bids and get to know what the each bid is about? Use every aspect of decision making used before except the fact the final decision doesn't get ruled :) Thing about saying what teams weaknesses are should be specially emphasized here so each of the teams can work/try working on solving those problems by end of February.
