Hi all,
We had the meeting Monday as planned. It went really well-- if you
weren't there you missed a lot of fun. But I'll fill you in.
Meetbot notes are at [0], and logs are linked from there. The MeetBot
logs are pretty good, so I won't go through and say everything from
it. However, some important points are below.

BUDGET: right now "essential" costs are 83k€ and our pledged income is
63k€. Both of these numbers are very approximate. We expect at least
10k€ more in attendee's fees and at *least* 10k€ more in sponsorship.
So we are doing pretty ok, but not in ultra-excess yet. I will send
an email about budget stuff soon after this.
VENUE: It was agreed to use Muñoz Torrero as our primary venue,
instead of CCMI. This means our primary accommodation and venue will
be the same place, and we don't have to pay any extra. Epic Win!
HELP NEEDED: We need someone to email people who have had information
vanish from penta ("please select" is selected for them) and work on
resolving this.
DEBIAN OPEN DAY: We will do it, for sure, we just need to start
lining talks up for it. gwolf/tassia/an3as work on lining this up.
MISC. STUFF: gwolf works on t-shirts (printed in Mexico). angasule and
moray (and others) work on adding more info to the website.
NEXT MEETING: Monday, 8 June 2009, 19 UTC. (There is a local team
meeting Monday 1 June 2009 19 UTC, too.)
There is more we discussed, and it is well documented in the meetbot
minutes so I won't repeat it here.

spreadsheet in svn
