I have a couple minor suggestions about these documents. Maybe they’re
final already, but just in case they’re not... :-)

First, there’s a section that reads:

  What is DebConf?
  ================

  DebConf 9 will take place in July 2009 in Cáceres, in the Extremadura
  region of Spain. The event will be split into three sections: [...]

An introductory sentence is clearly missing there. I could suggest:
  
  What is DebConf?
  ================

  DebConf is an anual conference for Debian contributors and interested
  users. DebConf 9 will take place in July 2009 in Cáceres, in the
  Extremadura region of Spain. As every year, the event will be split
  into three sections: [...]

Or something to that effect. The second suggestion concerns the Spanish
translation: please don’t use an article to prefix the word “DebConf”.
Although “la DebConf” is totally what we Debian spaniards say, it is
very informal and the result is very unprofessional. I suggest “¿Qué es
DebConf?”, etc.

Please note that I didn’t read the document completely, but this two
issues managed to catch my attention. Additionally, the PDF files seem
to have been generated in a way that the text is not available for
search or copying, which is rather unfortunate.
