Well, this is not the Olympics, and we don't have any real rules. Only
Mao-like schemes - It has been observed that no two consecutive
Debconfs happen on the same continent (except for Debconf 0 and 1,
which were in the same city, but that's ancient history). That does
not mean it won't happen again... But many people will jump on you if
you want to compete against Debconf in South America ;-)
