Re: Teckids workshops at DebConf15

Hi Martin et al,

I think I will bring in some more clarifications.

Cool ;). Say hello to "someone"!

We need a minimum of two and a maximum of four beds for adults, arranged
as either of, sorted by descending preference:

 1. Two twin bed rooms
 2. One four-bed room
 3. Beds in a dorm

Furthermore, we need a minimum of two and a maximum of four beds for
kids (tutors), as a four-bed room. Obviously, we don't mix kids and
adults, and we don't let our kids share bedrooms with random adults.

I think this is feasable. We would still arrive on 15th and prepare
stuff and socialise with whoever is there as well.

Yep. We should get everything setup jsut after the Easter holidays. We
need to align some processes. I don't expect that to be a big issue, but
you never know, so we shouldn't lose a lot of time either.

Our young tutors are known to cope well with approx. 20 kids per
workshop; considering we run two parallel workshops, 40 kids sounds
reasonable.

Cheers,
Nik
