I take it you want something to load onto a garmin or similar?  If so,
if you wanted to make your own from the OSM data, start here:

From what I remember, the main issues with this are getting the routing
to work, and getting all the zoom levels you want, but its a while since
I tried it myself, so maybe some of that has got better.

Given that some of the roads near Banski Dvor are marked as pedestrian
at the moment, while Bing imagery seems to show them with cars on them,
I wouldn't necessarily trust the data for routing yet (this is left as an
exercise for the reader ;-)

For premade, routable maps, it seems that these are updated daily:

  http://data.osm-hr.org/garmin/

for larger coverage, but no routablility AFAICT:

  http://www.wanderreitkarte.de/garmin_de.php
