Hi, the video team will provide you and the rest of the world with videos of the talks and bofs of debconf5. Therefore we need to host those files somewhere externally (for the world) and internally (for .debconf5.net). Therefore we'll need around 1-3gb each day. Better estimates will be provided by my fellow team members. (I got this number from them as a first guess.) dondelcarlo or zobel could you please take care of preparing hosting for this on develserver2 ?! I've setup an dns-alias videoarchive.debconf5.net allready. (For today, uploads with scp as root are fine, tomorrow we can think of and implement a better solution. Please reply via email to debconf5-video@... or talk to me later on the balcony. Thanks.) For external hosting we would prefer a debian.org or .net address, although that does not matter much. We plan to provide complete files for downloads as well as bit torrents. We might need to adjust this plan. Please contact me via email or in RL tomorrow about this.
