One thing to try very hard is IMHO to keep the number of contractual parterns down to an absolute minimum. Venue + accomodation are already two. If you need to spread people across multiple houses, you have three or more. If you need to get external catering, that's four. The reason? Each contract takes a lot of time and comes full of surprises. And if e.g. catering works in a venue, they'll end up blaming each other. So if you cannot get a one-venue-fits-all like we found for DC15, you should really try hard to have us all sleep in the same place. -- .''`. martin f. krafft <madduck@d.o> @martinkrafft : :' : proud Debian developer `. `'` http://people.debian.org/~madduck `- Debian - when you have better things to do than fixing systems god is real, unless declared integer.
