As I said I'm new to Debian myself, but your driver ought to be in the kernel 
package. Is there an option 'Install Operating System Kernel and Modules' 
when you run dbootstrap? That is what I used to install my ethernet card 
driver when I installed Debian on my computer. eepro100 driver should be in 
one of the menus there.
