Bug#187179: tetex-extra: File "euler.sty" is missing

The package tetex-extra does not contain the file "euler.sty".  This
file is used by the file "concrete.sty", which provides the "Concrete
Mathematics" style (fonts).  Using \usepackage{concrete} gives the error
message

  LaTeX Error: File `euler.sty' not found.

The euler package is available from CTAN.
