Bug#186209: tetex-bin: xdvi anything.tex launches web browser on file:anything.tex

OK, there was a misunderstanding here: I did not meant that the problem appears
only when the browser is already open but that perhaps the reason why you did
not experienced it was that the browser was already open. If mozilla is already
running and iconified (and assuming mozilla-remote works), the only thing you
see is the popup window

"The file /anything.tex cannot be found. Please check the location and try again."

Running the "xdvi anything.tex" command without any open browser windows shows
that the browser is indeed laucnhed (as shown by the commands I sent you).

Note that, as suggested by Stefan Ulrich, it seems to be a very general
"feature" of xdvi, I have just observed it on a box running Mandrake 8.2 ("xdvi
anything.tex" tries to launch netscape whereas "xdvi anything.foo" just
complains about the file not present).
