Comillas

En logcheck aparece logcheck-database sin las comillas latinas (y sin comillas en el original)

   "The rulefiles in logcheck-database have just been through an audit

   reduces false "

   msgstr "Los ficheros de reglas en logcheck-database han sido
   auditados para eliminar entradas duplicadas y hacerlos más

Pero en openldap2 aparece algo similar en en la traducción si aparecen

Como soy nuevo en el grupo, quería saber mas o menos en que casos las utilizan y en cuales no.
