The fix only affects k3b. It's bug #227336
For cdrdao to work with kernel 2.6 atapi you will need cdrdao 1.1.7-5. It's
in both testing and unstable. To run it from the command line, I use
options: "--device /dev/hdc --driver generic-mmc"
