Beta2 preparation: proposed unblocks for D-I packages with low-hanging fruits

I went through packages with pending changes in git. I first selected
those I was thinking to be quite harmless.

Here are the proposed unblocks (which I leave up to Cyril to formally
request....or approve):

# detect the 64bit version of Haiku
unblock os-prober/1.55
unblock-udeb os-prober/1.55

# debian/rules: use DEB_HOST_ARCH instead of DEB_BUILD_ARCH
unblock finish-install/2.38
unblock-udeb finish-install/2.38
