I have also published the package to launchpad. If you are using Ubuntu,

  sudo add-apt-repository ppa:fumiama/ppa
  sudo apt-get update
  sudo apt-get install base16384

Thanks to Bastian Germann's introduction on my previous RFS,
I have changed several files to fix the issues and reduced the lintian warnings.
I hope these changes would make it possible for this package being accepted
by the Debian family.

 base16384 (2.2.0-3) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * Fix some issues in packaging. Closes: #1010055 (ITP).
