RE: netdb.h, reentrant libc, h_errno

I guess then this distills down to a "bug report":

The following headers are in the SUS but not provided
in the LSB.  Their need is exposed by using the LSB 
headers, and in particular by netdb.h (note that on
systems I've examined, using the system netdb.h WILL
result in non-LSB symbols, so in this situation,
LSB headers must be used).

netinet/in.h
netinet/tcp.h
syslog.h
sys/un.h

I don't find netinet/tcp.h in the SUS myself but Andrew 
is the expert in that area.
