Just looking into the file I noticed a minor issue in an English msgid:

msgid "Package %s version %s has an unmet dep:\n"
msgstr "Gói %s phiên bản %s phụ thuộc vào phần mềm chưa có :\n"

Is the space in front of ":" wanted?

msgid "Total package names : "

The space in " :" is not English style!

#: cmdline/apt-cache.cc:316
msgid "Total slack space: "
msgstr "Tổng chỗ nghỉ:"

Clytie, where is the space at end of line?

#: cmdline/apt-cache.cc:324
msgid "Total space accounted for: "
msgstr "Tổng chỗ đã tính: "

Here you used a space.
