Bug#748010: xutils-dev: builds-OK with gcc-4.8 on arm64

Using the -ffreestanding fix makes it build (with cpp-4.8 and cpp-4.9)
so the shell-script executables have content and work, without any
blank lines at the start.

Do you plan to upload the imake fix soon? Want me to test that as well?
