Bug#748010: xutils-dev: builds-OK with gcc-4.8 on arm64
xutils-dev requires cpp-4.7, which is not available for arm64. I built
it with cpp-4.8 and it builds and works fine. Reading the original
bugrep, I couldn't see the reported problem of lots of whitespace, but
couldn't be quite sure where I was supposed to be looking.
So, I suspect this 4.7 dep is no longer needed, but can't be sure.
