Bug#528311: xserver-xorg-video-savage: "[drm] Could not set DRM device bus ID." when applications tries to use drm

Looking closer at the X log file, apparently DRI initialization works
the first time but fails afterwards. So maybe the savage driver doesn't
properly de-initialize the DRI on a server reset. Does the problem go
away after restarting the X server? (If you're using a display manager,
just logging out and back in may not be enough)
