Sorry for the delay, the bug only hit me a few times since I reported it
and lasted only for a few seconds (at least after I discovered it). But
now it happended again. I have:
hanke@balin:~$ apt-show-versions | grep 'libx.*-dbg'
libx11-6-dbg/lenny uptodate 2:1.1.4-2
libxcb1-dbg/lenny uptodate 1.1-1.1
and here it happens:

Does this help? Should I do anything special with GDB?
