That said, I want to encourage people to take ownership of whatever bits
they're interested in. Co-ownership is cool with me too, if someone wants
to co-own the server and some drivers with me. I'm happy to take my name
off the apps and libs if someone steps up and decides to grab them too.

I'm basically trying to strike a balance between the traditional Debian
"My Package Is My Fief" system, and the essentially freeform system used by
Ubuntu, so it does want for some package ownership.
