Bug#318353: libglu1-xorg-dev: Should not depend on any C++ libraries

Except that we're talking about a Depends, not Build-Depends.
AIUI build-essential doesn't have anything to do here. But I agree that
there doesn't seem to be any reason for libglu1-xorg-dev to depend on
libstdc++-dev.
