libglu1-xorg-dev currently depends on libstdc++6-dev; submitter of this
bug suggested it should depend on libstdc++6-4.0-dev, but IMHO it
should not depend on any C++ libraries because the GLU library can be
used from plain C. It should probably recommend or suggest
libstdc++6-4.0-dev, but not depend on it.
