The chips(4) manpage gave me the impression that it might be
asymmetric, with the general rule being that settings for (e.g.)
NoAccel automatically translate into settings for Accel but not vice
versa; however, a bit of digging through the source tree reveals that
it is always fully symmetric and you're consequently out of luck. :-/
